2018 Tea on the Farm Information: Join us for an unforgettable event unique to South Central Kentucky!
Three teas will be held in 2018. May 19 @ 11 a.m. - SOLD OUT June 2 @ 11 a.m. - SOLD OUT June 2 @ 5 p.m. - SOLD OUT Tickets: $30/pp plus tax
Notes about choosing your tea date: For the past few years, our English lavender varieties (Munstead, Sachet) have been ready to harvest by Memorial Day. For that reason, we moved one tea date up. Of course, blooms are dependent on the severity of our winter, as well as other uncontrollable factors. We fully expect our early bloomers to be perfect at the May 19 date. This includes some of our culinary lavender. If you are more interested in the French lavender varieties (Sharon Roberts, Grosso), we recommend the June 2 tea date.
We are also planning a public Lavender Festival for Memorial Day weekend, so be on the lookout for details about that event, which will include wreath and wand making, a "you cut" event and more!
If, for unforeseen reasons, the lavender is not in bloom on May 19, we will provide tea attendees with a coupon for free entry into the Lavender Festival (Memorial Day weekend) so you can still have the experience of cutting your own lavender from the field.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q. Are tickets available? A. No. Tickets sold out in record time for all three 2018 teas.
Q. Will the event be held rain or shine? A. YES! The event will be held in a barn on the property and fresh lavender will still be given to each guest if it rains.
Q. Is the event handicap accessible? A. YES AND NO. There are no steps on the property or in the barn, but the tea is held in a working machinery barn. The ground is mostly level, but everyone should take caution when walking on the property.
Q. How many lavender plants do you have? A. We currently have about 225 lavender plants currently with plans to plant several hundred more in 2018. Lavender does not grow easily (for commercial purposes) in Kentucky. We are very small, but the plants are still fragrant and beautiful! Please realize you will not be seeing acres of lavender at our location.
Q. Is there a maximum number of guests for the event? A. YES! Only 50 tickets will be sold per event.
